Being university students, the two founders are hoping to correlate their academics and sneakers business seamlessly as to demonstrate their passion for entrepreneurship and love for the sneaker culture. Being a part of the sneakers community, our team also hopes to use this platform to promote the art and beauty of sneaker fashion.

Q: How do we shop with PanKicks?
A: You can look through our Instagram store @pan.kicks, check out our story highlights to see our available sneakers in your size! DM us when you find a pair that you like and we will take care of you from there! We are also actively selling on Facebook, Kijiji, and Ebay.Q: What is the available delivery method?
A: Free pickups are available at Richmond Hill, Ontario. Shipping across Canada is available at an additional cost of $10-$20. Most orders will be shipped out within two business day after your place it, and shipment tracking number will be provided. We will not be responsible for any package loss or damage during shipping.Q: What payment methods do PanKicks accept?
A: We currently accept cash at meetup, Etransfer, and Paypal F&F.Q: Are all the items on PanKicks authentic?
A: All items sold on PanKicks are 100% authentic, no fakes or counterfeits will ever be made available to any customers. We guarantee that all inventories are authenticated and inspected before being put up for sale.Q: What is PanKicks' return policy?
A: All sales are final. Customers reserve the right to ask for any pictures/videos of the shoes before placing an order. Once the shoes are under customers' possession, no return, exchange, or refund will be issued.Q: Can I reserve a shoes with PanKicks?
A: Reservation of an item is available with a $50 flat rate non-refundable deposit.
